CREATING HAPPY CLIENTS

Hi, I’m Michelle.

Life experience and in my 10 years as a therapist, I’ve come to realise that the body will heal itself given a safe and nurturing environment. Not only can and does the body heal itself, but if the self-healing mechanism has become rusty or faulty in any way, it can be re-set. Many therapies stimulate the body’s innate healing mechanism. I like to think that I can help facilitate this process through my reflexology treatments. I am passionate about your wellbeing and pride myself in absolute personal touch. I provide a calm safe space for you to relax and re-charge during your sessions.

I graduated at the Raworth College of Natural, Nutrition and Sports Therapies in Dorking, Surrey. I have attended continuous training and development in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hot Stone Reflexology with Sally Earlam, Power Reflexology and Indian Head Massage with Louise Keet. My love and passion for complimentary therapies began some 20 years ago when I sought alternative treatments for my son suffering with food intolerances and repeated lung infections. I found that the complementary approach had such a positive impact on all of our lives and have never looked back.

My core beliefs as a therapist are:

To offer clients support in their health care in a gentle, non judgemental or intrusive way.

Everyone has the ability to heal themselves. I wish to give my clients the opportunity to become more "in touch" with their own bodies-thus allowing them the opportunity to feel more empowered about health maintenance.
